Anh Dillon’s extensive training began with
classical ballet at the conservatoire in Paris France, and later broadened
to modern, jazz and flamenco.
She has been fortunate to perform on
international stages as a principal dancer with ballet and contemporary
companies, and her versatility allowed venturing in the commercial world
working with top choreographers such as Michael Rooney, Shanda Sawyer,
Travis Payne, and John Carrafa. Credits include Usher, Redken, Aveda,
Schwartzkopf and PBS. Choreography credits: L’Oréal, LA Music Awards, and
the one and only Prince. Anh is also the recipient of a Lester Horton Award
for best performance.
When not performing, Anh teaches classical
ballet, pointe, contemporary, and jazz, in the US, Germany, Switzerland,
France, Belgium, and Italy. She joined the Joffrey Ballet School intensives
faculty in 2013, teaching alongside Adam Sklute (Ballet West), Susan Jaffe (ABT),
and Arturo Fernandez (Alonzo King LINES Ballet).
