Carol is a founder and principal of L.A. DanceForce Inc. where she is the Vice-President. She is the Tour Director for L.A. DANCEFORCE, Director for EDGE and a consultant for the scholarship program. L.A. DanceForce Inc., operates EDGE, L.A. DANCEFORCE Workshop and Competition and The Master Series.


Growing up in Los Angeles, Carol is a true Hollywood baby. From her very early years on contract at CBS, through the present she continues to stay involved having enjoyed successful careers as a dancer, actress, teacher, choreographer and business owner.

Carol has choreographed well over forty domestic and foreign commercials that have included brand names such as Sanka, TWA Airlines and Nissan. For television Carol has choreographed special episodes of the Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful as well as numerous other episodic and special event programs. Her choreography and direction for live performances and stage productions has been recognized and acclaimed in magazines and newspapers for shows she choreographed and directed in San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, Reno and Japan.

Having worked many years for CBS, NBC and ABC on shows including two seasons of Laugh In, the Don Rickles Special, the Carol O'Connor Special, Tony Orlando and Dawn, The Palace, a Star Wars Special and Hollywood Diamond Jubilee, Carol has made many friends in the industry who would later call on her expertise as a teacher and movement coach. A partial list of celebrities she has privately worked with includes Cyd Charisse, Burt Lancaster, Kirk Douglas, Farrah Fawcett and Carol Mayo Jenkins.

Carol has worked as an actress appearing on the television shows Airwolf, The Bob Newhart Show, The Young and The Restless, Divorce Court, Simon and Simon, and an NBC Movie of the Week starring Faye Dunaway. She performed on Friends for the Chandler and Monica wedding episode and recently appeared in commercials for Jack in the Box and eBay, as well as in the films The Sweetest Thing, Country Bears and Pennies from Heaven.

Early on in her career Carol became a much sought after teacher, traveling throughout the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia from the classroom to workshops, festivals and conventions. Carol uses her talents as an actress as well as choreographer to help inspire students to get in touch with their emotions and just let it happen. Her choreographic style is quick moving, dynamic and exciting and she continues to tutor and advise aspiring and professional dancers.
